SMS CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Apollonia Construction LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates an SMS notification program ("Program") for our customers and crew members. By opting in, you agree to receive transactional and informational text messages from us.

Customers will receive messages including:

- Appointment confirmations

- Schedule changes

- Crew arrival notifications

- Invoice notifications

- Job completion updates

Crew members will receive messages including:

- Job assignments with location, date, and time

- Project details and crew lead contact information

- Schedule changes for assigned jobs

2. OPT-IN

You have agreed to receive SMS messages from Apollonia Construction LLC by providing your mobile number and verbally consenting during your initial service request (customers) or during crew onboarding (crew members).

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on job activity. Customers can expect to receive several messages per active job. Crew members may receive multiple messages per day during active work periods.

4. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. The Program is offered at no cost from Apollonia Construction LLC, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply depending on your mobile plan. Please contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan.

5. OPT-OUT

You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You may also reply with: CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

7. SUPPORTED CARRIERS

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. PRIVACY

Your use of the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at apolloniaconstruction.com/privacy.

We will not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. NO WARRANTY

The Program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee message delivery, timing, or accuracy and are not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in transmission caused by your wireless carrier or other factors outside our control.

10. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time; updates will be posted with a new Effective Date.
